  • Can I just order one stationery item like a menu, and not do one of the packages?
    Of course!! Always happy to work on a one off piece.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    I tend to get very booked up, and most couples book anything from a couple of months to two years in advance for fully custom stationery. To avoid disappointment I would recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can pencil something into my diary. Don't worry about knowing all the details at the time of booking, its easy to just save you some time, and add all the details like confirmed dates and venues later.
  • Do you do rush orders?
    I do sometimes have last minute availability, so its worth getting in touch.
  • How long does it take to get my design?
    When you book we'll discuss when you need your stationery, I'll let you know when I plan to start painting, and we will set a deadline to make sure that you have everything with plenty of time.
  • Can we use the same illustration more than once?
    Yes absolutely! There's lots of stationery required when you are hosting an event, so this can be a great way to tie the event together visually, and also keeps things budget friendly.
  • I didn't do my invites with you, but would like to work with you for stationery for the day itself. Can we do that?
    I often work with couples just on the paper for the day itself. If you want, we can even take inspiration from your invites/save the dates to make sure everything still ties together beautifully. The design process is still the same - get in touch so we can talk about ideas.
  • Do you do save the dates?
    Yes of course, and its a really good idea to book your invites at the same time as your save the dates - as then you can use elements of the same artwork across both, which with help tie everything together.
  • What countries do you ship prints to?
    I work with printers in the USA and the UK. Prints can be shipped all over the world, however please be aware that if ordering to a country other than the US/UK you may be responsible for customs duties, and delivery times can take longer.
  • Can I print myself?
    Yes of course. As standard I send a print ready PDF, and printing instructions to help you get the best results out of every piece of stationery you order.
  • How much does printing and assembly cost?
    This really varies based on what each person needs, such as the number of prints, and number of different designs being printed, which is why I quote for printing separately than the design fee. I do not charge any mark up on printing costs, and I negotiate the best rates for you with my suppliers as I am printing so often. I do charge a small printing organisation fee, which covers my time organising your printing, professionally checking them, making sure that they are at the highest possible standard, and if necessary organising any reprints. Envelopes, ribbons, wax seals, stamps, and any other finishing touches can also be also provided at cost.
  • I want to do a semi-bespoke package, but would like to add on more than one painting, can I do that?
    Yes absolutely - you have one detailed painting included with the set, but we can add on as many extras as you like. Its also possible to swap your main detailed painting to two or more smaller illustrations. Send me a message with photos of what you are hoping to add, an we can talk over the options.
  • We are having something a little unusual at our wedding - can I add more icons/menu illustrations that you don't have?
    Of course! Just send me a message with some photos.
  • I really like the hand painted lettering - can we do that with the semi bespoke suites?
    The semi-bespoke suites are designed to keep things as cost effective as possible, so hand painted text is not included as standard with this package as it is very time consuming. However it's possible to add it on for an extra charge, which will depend on the amount of text/information we are giving your guests. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in.
